For all destinations, delivery charges vary depending on the destination and the weight of the parcel.

Rates may vary between France and other European destinations or the French overseas departments. Rates visible online at the time of purchase may be adjusted depending on the weight of the parcel and if the destination is outside Metropolitan France.


We undertake to delivery your goods to you in the shortest time possible, and within no more than 30 days.

Ordered items are delivered once the customer has effectively paid for the order. Delivery times may be longer if paying by bank transfer or cheque.

Ordered items are normally delivered by TNT within 3 to 5 working days from receipt of the order. For items that are not available at the time the order is placed, will contact you by telephone and/or via email to confirm the new delivery time.


Unless otherwise stipulated: in all cases, if you are not at home when your delivery arrives, a missed delivery note will be left in your letter box with the contact details of the carrier so that you can contact them and arrange a new collection time.


Customs or import duties will be charged once your parcel reaches its country of destination. You are responsible for settling any additional customs duties. We have no control over these taxes and are unable to predict them, as customs policies vary widely from one country to another. Please contact your local customs office for more information.


Customers have up to 14 days (from receipt of the items) to withdraw (Law 2014-344 of the French Consumer Code).

To request an exchange or refund, customers must return the unused item in its original packaging, posting the parcel and paying the appropriate postage rates (La Poste) using express parcel post, intact (the company reserves the right to refuse to refund products returned that have been opened or damaged), to the following address:

In the event that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, we shall undertake to refund you, or to exchange the products that do not correspond to your order, as well as to refund shipping charges, excluding return delivery costs (unless items are faulty or nonconforming).

If you wish to request an exchange on personal grounds, all shipping charges and restocking fees shall remain entirely at your expense.

Please note: if a delivery is returned as a result of an incorrect address that you have provided on the online purchase order (the post office was unable to locate you) or if you fail to collect your parcel at the post office within 15 days from when the postman originally attempted to deliver your parcel, you will be required to re-pay the shipping charges for the return of your order, with a fixed contribution of EUR 5 to cover restocking fees. If you wish to cancel your order, you will be fully refunded, minus the shipping charges and restocking fees, calculated as follows: EUR 1 per product unit (with a minimum billable amount of EUR 5).
