In our “well-being” range of products, the GOO Health Watch completes our range of health wristbands.

The Goo Health Watch is our latest solution, evolved from the GOO active bracelet and the GOO sleep care revolution, two wristbands that measure blood oxygen level (spo2) during sleep (00H00-07H00) to help identify and prevent sleep apnea syndrome.

GOO CONNECT now introduces the GOO Health Watch, an activity wristband enhanced with new measurement functions enabling you to keep a careful eye on your health.

Simultaneously monitor your heart rate, sleep and physical condition and receive notification of abnormal changes.

At any time of the day, you can measure :

• Blood oxygen level (sp02)
• Heart rate variability (HRV)
• Heart rate (bpm)
• Blood pressure
• Electrocardiogram (ECG)

The GOO HEALTH WATCH : Your night watchman

The GOO Health Watch measures the oxygen level in your blood during your sleep and triggers an alert (by vibrating) when it falls below a critical level.

Every morning, the GOO App Health Watch  (available on iOS and android) will analyse your sleep (Sp02, BPM, VFC) and notify you of potential sleep apnea.

It will also provide an overview of your night’s sleep by detecting your REM (rapid eye movement) differentiating between light and deep sleep.

Blood pressure

The GOO Health Watch will measure your blood pressure throughout the day on a regular basis.

ECG

Heart rhythm disorders are a major cause of sudden death and stroke.

Heart rhythm is comparable to an electrical circuit, originating in the atria and spreading to the cardiac ventricles. The norm is about 80 synchronous contractions per minute.

You can start an electrocardiogram (ECG) at any time, very simply, by putting your thumb on the metal part of the screen.

The electrical activity of the heart is usually recorded using 12 electrodes to produce an electrocardiogram (ECG).

It is now possible to record the electrical activity of the heart thanks to the GOO Health Watch which provides 2 points of measurement to give an ECG.

The GOO Health Watch App provides an overview of your health whilst offering you the possibility of zooming in on each of your recorded measurements!

The Goo Health Watch includes a sport mode allowing you to record your steps, distance covered, calories burned and heart rate during exercise.
